OUR NEXT VACCINATION & MICROCHIP CLINIC
THE NEED FOR VACCINATION & MICROCHIPPING
Parvovirus and distemper in dogs and panleukopenia in cats — the most prevalent deadly diseases affecting pets — are preventable with a simple vaccine. An estimated 30% of pet parents do not take their pet to a veterinarian annually for preventative care. To ensure the health and wellness of our beloved pets and to address this critical need, Houston PetSet and Petco Love have partnered to make pet vaccines free and accessible.
Houston PetSet is proud to offer FREE vaccinations and microchips at our mass vaccine events, held intermittently through out the year.
At these clinics, we administer DHPP, FVRCP, & Rabies vaccines. DHPP & FVRCP are commonly know as “core vaccines” as they are considered essential to prevent several highly contagious diseases. For dogs, this includes Distemper, Parvovirus, and Hepatitis. While for cats, this includes diseases such as Feline Calicivirus, Feline Panleukopenia, and Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis.
Please follow the steps below to register for upcoming clinics. Registration opens one calendar week prior to the event.

STEP ONE
Please read all the rules listed below.
Please note that if you bring an animal that is different from what you scheduled online, you will lose your appointment and your opportunity to register for future clinics. If you to cancel the appointment, we asks for the individual to contact HPS as soon as possible regarding the cancellation. Due to the number of interested parties, and limited availability of vaccination time slots, a failure to arrive at your appointment time with no prior warning will result in a restriction from rescheduling for future appointments.
- APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED
- If dogs can not be safely handled while receiving a vaccination, I.E. are aggresive, overly anxious, fearful, or pose a general safety risk, the owner will be asked to leave.
- Houston PetSet is committed to ending the overpopulation and homeless animal crisis our community finds itself in. As a result, we do not accpet breeders at our clinics.
- To receive vaccinations, animals must receive a microchip on the day of the clinic or be previously microchipped.
- Microchips are registered to your email address.
- All animals must be on leash or in a carrier
